IIM-Indore’s annual business conclave, Colloquium 2015, ended on Monday with panel discussions and workshops being carried out by prestigious business icons during the three-day event, a leading daily reported.
The event was organised by the Industry Interaction Cell with help from e-commerce experts.
Sameer Gandhi, Senior VP at Bluestone.com for sales and operations talked about the need for building customer relations.
The conclave ended with by director and business head of eBay India, Vidmay Naini, addressing the students about the growth of e-commerce in India. He said e-commerce was growing in the country mostly due to immense mobile penetration and the slow end of traditional retail trade. “We are bringing nearly 20 million users to e-commerce,” he said.
IIM-I director Rishikesha T Krishnan presented the winners of biz-quiz and elevator pitch competition with certificates.
